2. Description of Kiraru
Kiraru is an AI-powered SaaS platform providing AI text detection and AI text humanization/rewriting tools. Our services are designed to help you analyze text for AI generation patterns and rewrite it into natural, human-like language.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Free and Paid Plans
Kiraru offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans may have limitations on usage (e.g., word count limits). Paid plans provide higher limits and additional features as described on our pricing page.
5. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
6. Payment Provider
We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record and primary payment provider. All payments are processed securely by Paddle. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's terms and conditions regarding payment processing.
7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use Kiraru only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Using our services to generate spam, malicious content, or content that violates any third party's rights.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security mechanisms of our platform.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or manipulate our services without permission.
- Sharing or reselling your account credentials to third parties.
8. AI-Generated Output and Accuracy Limitations
Kiraru's AI text detection and humanization tools are based on machine learning models. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that our AI detection results are 100% accurate, nor do we guarantee that the rewritten text will bypass all third-party AI detectors. You acknowledge that AI models can produce false positives and false negatives.
9. User Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for the text you submit to Kiraru and the outcomes of the rewritten text. We do not claim ownership of the content you submit. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to use and submit the content.
10. Intellectual Property
The Kiraru platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by Kiraru and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
11. Service Availability
We strive to ensure our services are available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
12. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kiraru, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
14. Changes to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.
