Refund Policy

At Kiraru, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our AI detection and humanization tools. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops the auto-renewal of your subscription.

2. What Happens After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your paid plan's features and your remaining word limits until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). Once the billing cycle ends, your account will be downgraded to the free plan, and you will not be charged again.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid month. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Payments for annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription, you retain access to the service for the remainder of the 12-month billing period.

5. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you believe you have been billed in error, such as a duplicate charge or an accidental charge, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and process a full refund for any verified billing errors.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails to process successfully, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded until payment is resolved. Paddle, our merchant of record, handles all payment retries and processing.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you have experienced a major technical failure that prevented you from using our service entirely, please contact us. We review refund requests for exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
